At the first sign for Framlingham B1116 (approx. 5 miles north of Woodbridge) turn off the A12. Cross the roundabout and follow the B1116 for 6 miles towards Framlingham.

The road bends sharply to the right (with a turning into Kettleburgh Road bearing to the left) and the road becomes Station Road. Continue on Station Road for approximately 200 yards.

The road bears left and "Boarded Barn Cottage" is set back from the road on the left, opposite the Technology Centre.

FROM NORWICH, AND DISS

From Norwich follow the A140 towards Diss. From Diss join the A1140 southbound. 2 miles south of Diss turn off the A140 and follow the signs for Eye.

Follow the B1077 signposted Debenham. Pass through Debenham and after 2 miles turn left on the A1120 towards Framlingham.

Head for the town centre, then take the B1116 towards Wickham market.

This is Station Road. You will pass a Jet garage on the left. Continue on Station Road for a further 300 yards.

Boarded Barn Cottage is set back from the road on the right hand side, opposite the Technology centre.

FROM LOWESTOFT, GREAT YARMOUTH

Follow the A12 south to the Saxmundham & Framlingham exit. Follow the B1119 to Framlingham.

Continue on this road until you reach a T-junction. Turn left into Station Road.

You will pass a Jet garage on the left. Continue on Station Road for a further 300 yards.

Boarded Barn Cottage is set back from the road on the right hand side, opposite the Technology centre.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT (RAIL & BUS)

The best Public Transport route is by rail to Ipswich, then on by rail to Woodbridge.

From Woodbridge Station you can take a bus (Number 63 or 164) to Framlingham (from LOWESTOFT or GREAT YARMOUTH take to line directly to Saxmundham/Woodbridge).

Wickham Market Station (at Campsea Ashe) is closer, but you would need to get a Taxi from there. (Try Roger and Pat Bishop 01728 723657)
